So you’re finally to that point you have worked for your entire life….RETIREMENT??

First of all…thank you for your years of service!!! Here is hoping you enjoy a long and healthy retirement!! 

Starting the process may seem daunting but it isn’t so bad. Below you will see contact information for the offices you must contact for your various pensions, annuity and contact information for the Social Security office. The three pensions are the IBEW pension, the Local 229 pension which is handled by D.H. Evans and the NEBF pension.

The first step is to contact each of the following offices and request a “Pension Application”. The applications will be mailed to you and each has a set of directions to follow. Please do not hesitate to contact the Local 229 union hall for assistance.
