IBEW Local Union 229 Thirty Day Resign Form

This form must be completed and received by Local 229 on or before the 30th day of your last resign date. If the 30th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday your form must be received by the previous office work day. Should you fail to comply with this rule, you will automatically be removed from the “Out of Work” List. Registrants MUST confirm e-mail, fax and website resigns with the union office by phone (717-843-8368) on the same day it is submitted by 4pm. Failure to to confirm by phone on the same day it is submitted will result in registrant being dropped.
